The ESD2 ITS department has implemented a new fire records management system called ResponseMaster. ResponseMaster allows us to manage all areas of operations including scheduling, hydrants, occupancy management and inspections, checkoffs, training tracking, and most importantly incident notification and reporting. The system receives a notice from the Smith County SO CAD system and starts an incident, sends push notifications to firefighters, post the incident on dashboards in the fire station, and starts an incident report. Firefighters get turn by turn directions to the incident and their times and locations are tracked in the incident report.
