Ensuring that Smith County Emergency Services District 2 (ESD2) operates smoothly and effectively, our Logistics Division plays a pivotal role in managing, distributing, and maintaining the resources and assets that keep our services running seamlessly.

The Logistics Division consists of 1 Full-Time Personnel.
Equipment & Asset Management: Overseeing the procurement, distribution, and maintenance of vital equipment and assets used by our team in their daily operations and emergency responses.
Supply Chain Management: Managing the acquisition and distribution of supplies, ensuring that our team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their duties.
Strategic Resource Allocation: Implementing strategies to ensure resources are allocated where they are most needed, enhancing our response capabilities.
Asset Longevity: Ensuring the longevity and readiness of our assets through proactive maintenance and management strategies.
Innovative Solutions: Continuously exploring and implementing innovative logistics solutions to enhance our operational capabilities.

Maintenance & Repairs: Managing the maintenance and repair of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
